Robot sex? Is humanoid machinery clanking together in the garden kinetic sculpture; is it art? Is there a difference between clever and intelligent? Is that art? If everywhere synthetic people, does anyone need the real, garden variety ones? Synthetic people, are the people that can’t survive in the garden without synthetic support systems. Pipes and wires and special central control systems like the ones in your house.
“Transhumanism (abbreviated as H+ or h+) is an international cultural and intellectual movement with an eventual goal of fundamentally transforming the human condition by developing and making widely available technologies to greatly enhance human intellectual, physical, and psychological capacities…”
Some call this meshing of human and machine “the singularity,” but that’s not what I call it. A hive that produces honey, socializes technology development debt and enriches the investor no end is what I call it. The Borg Queens’ ship, I have read, is an “octahedron-shaped star and the Borg Queen say’s things like: “I am the Borg” and she loves robots, that is to say, she colonizes others and “enhances” them; unless they’ve been enhanced in advance of course. Fond of Canada too, because of that arm on the fiver, I’ve heard. Remember the eerily disappearing Hiada canoe (hard to assimilate Hiada that is) off of the twenty dollar note and the strange appearance of a robot arm on the five dollar note? The ninny fiver it’s called up there in Canada. How can the Borg Queen “better” that which betters its’ self?
There is even a version of golem “democracy” as if such a contradiction were possible anywhere other than a Chinese white paper. From the Council on Foreign relations who help communists write white papers we have: white paper.
Julian Huxley of the famous Huxley family was a founding member of the World Wildlife Fund (along with former Nazis) a notable member of the British Eugenics Society; he was its president from 1959-62. Julian is sometimes called the godfather of transhumanism. The British Eugenics Society changed its name in 1989 to the Galton Institute named after Francis Galton, Charles Darwin’s half-cousin, an American eugenicist who proved that genius is an inherited trait in “eminent men in aristocratic British families.” or it was named after Grandson of Charles Darwin, Charles Galton Darwin, graduate of Trinity College Cambridge and Master Christ’s College Cambridge and fellow of the Royal Society spent much of the war years working on the Manhattan Project co-co-ordinating the American, British, and Canadian efforts. George Craig Laurence Cambridge grad and physicist at Canada’s National Research Council, was the Canadian counter part of the project. Vannevar Bush (US OSRD) administered the US end. Bush was also a Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire by 1948. The first Cambridge differential machines (computers) were made from mechano sets and based on Vannevar Bushes differential machine plans. George Craig Laurence and other Canadians were keen to use a load of charcoal (instead of heavy water) to make the first Atomic bomb and drop it on someone, but, it is unlikely in 1940 they would have had a preference regarding which women, children and old people would be best suited to mass incineration. The least fit to live.
“Slavery is freedom”
By 1942 Charles Galton Darwin had been appointed KBE, The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, like Sir Bill Gates KBE. Unlike Bill, Charles Galton Darwin’s son married Angela Huxley.
Aldous Huxley of Brave New Drug Culture fame came to America and along with local talent, OSS A. Matthew Hubbard and CIA agent Tim Leary (fall by the wayside) “tune in, turn on, drop out” transformed the order of things in N. America. Also, Aldous, (co-inky dinky) did some work for Walt Disney on his version of “Alice in Wonder Land.”
“And always, everywhere, there would be the yelling or quietly authoritative hypnotists; and in the train of the ruling suggestion givers, always everywhere, the tribes of buffoons and hucksters, the professional liars, the purveyors of entertaining irrelevancies. Conditioned from the cradle, unceasingly distracted, mesmerized systematically, their uniformed victims would go on obediently marching and counter marching, go on, always and everywhere, killing and dying with the perfect docility of trained poodles.” Island – Aldous Huxley
Andrew Huxley defended Darwinism at his Royal Society address and Margaret Thatchers appointment to the Royal Society, as 44 of his fellow members had signed a protest letter against her appointment. He married a member of the Darwin – Wedgwood family.
“After graduating from Westminster School in Central London, from where he won a scholarship to Trinity College, Cambridge, he joined Alan Lloyd Hodgkin to study nerve impulses. Their eventual discovery of the basis propagation of nerve impulses (called action potential) earned them the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1963. ” In 1960 he became head of the Department of Physiology at University College London. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1955, and President in 1980. The Royal Society awarded him the Copley Medal in 1973 for his collective contribution to nerve impulse and muscle contraction. He was conferred Knight Bachelor by Queen Elizabeth II in 1974, and was appointed to the Order of Merit in 1983. He was fellow at Trinity College, Cambridge, until his death.”
Thomas Henry Huxley Darwin’s Bulldog.
“Huxley was slow to accept some of Darwin’s ideas, such as gradualism, and was undecided about natural selection, but despite this he was wholehearted in his public support of Darwin. Instrumental in developing scientific education in Britain, he fought against the more extreme versions of religious tradition.”
J. D. Hooker Darwin’s other bulldog studied fossil plants in coal balls in 1855 and along with the others didn’t invent the idea of robotism unless they invented the idea of Communism.
“Cosmism was one of the influences on Proletkult, and after the October Revolution, the term came to be applied to “the poetry of such writers as Mikhail Gerasimov and Vladimir Kirillov…: emotional paeans http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paean to physical labour, machines, and the collective of industrial workers … organized around the image of the universal ‘Proletarian,’ who strides forth from the earth to conquer planets and stars.” This form of cosmism, along with the writings of Nikolai Fyodorov, was a strong influence on Andrei Platonov.”
They show up, from the general direction of heaven, in a big box shaped ship. Low, low prices and totally crappy goods assembled by the assimilated in a Frankenstein of different cultures stitched together by a Borg empire.
Many ideas of the Russian cosmists were developed by the transhumanism movement, and, perhaps later on, through MI5 director Victor Rothschild biologist by training, and his Cambridge school buddies and as worldwide head of research at Royal Dutch/Shell from 1963 -70. He also worked in as a security adviser to Margaret Thatcher. He was head of the Central Policy Review Staff from 1971-74 (“The Think Tank”) which researched policy specifically for the Thatcher Government. In 1982 he published An Enquiry into the Social Science Research Council as requested by Sir Keith Joseph, a Conservative minister and mentor of Margaret Thatcher. Thatcher was a Milton Friedman fan, of the Chicago School of Economics. Perhaps Victor Rothschild studied oil balls too, but, the essence of Thatcherism was Pinochetism which was Milton Friedmanism or the Chicago School of Economic Darwinism. Ray gun omics. In Chile it was Catholic University economics.
“However, in 1993, after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, six retired KGB colonels in Moscow including Col. Yuri Modin, the spy ring’s handler, alleged that Rothschild was indeed the “Fifth Man”. Perry writes: “According to … Modin, Rothschild was the key to most of the Cambridge ring’s penetration of British intelligence. ‘He had the contacts,’ Modin noted. ‘He was able to introduce Burgess, Blunt and others to important figures in Intelligence such as Stewart Menzies, Dick White and Robert Vansittart in the Foreign Office…who controlled Mi-6.”
Royal Dutch Shell communist party spy…. hmm, isn’t that odd? Wasn’t another Rothschild a key player in setting up the Soviet Union and weren’t the lords and ladies involved in the design of socialism? The iron curtain seems to be more of a revolving door at a certain height, rather than a spy vs. spy situation. Manufacturing armaments is handy to manufacturing arguments of conflicting ideology or religion, for example, competition is central to capital and struggle essential to communism; a co-inky dinky that there is no difference between them I believe. The “right” opposes the “left” but, somehow the “middle” ends up in the mass grave on the outskirts of town. Without taking into account corporations that operate simultaneously/seamlessly in the Soviet Union, USA, Africa, Asia, China, Britain and Europe etc… throughout the cold war, we aught to do a bit more wondering about wonderland or the hand on the levers of Oz. (ounces)
Cambridge “godmother-of-global-warming”… Milton Friedman fan… Margaret (Cambridge and City of London) Thatcher; or, is it Ronald Ragan in a pink dress?
Happy mass murder and torturer Pinochet wearing his Royal Order of the Most Fabulous Something or Other. BAE Systems, has been identified on US banking records as secretly paying more than £1m to General Augusto Pinochet.
“AICL and Amnesty International Limited (“AIL”) are United Kingdom companies through which the work of the International Headquarters of AI in London is undertaken, AICL having been incorporated to carry out those purposes of AI which are charitable under UK law. Neither Senator Pinochet nor the lawyers acting for him were aware of the connection between Lord Hoffmann and AI until after judgement was given on 25 November 1998.”
It appears Lord Hoffmann was no fan of torture and his ruling against Pinochet was “set aside” because, it turned out that Lord Hoffmanns’ wife was an Amnesty International secretary. No, she didn’t murder thousands of democratically inclined people, she was just a secretary. Mysteriously no one in the London Royal Law Society new that Lord Hoffmenns’ wife worked for Amnesty before the case went to trial; it just never came up over cocktails. “In AI v. Secretary of State for the Home Department UKHL 71, Lord Hoffmann said:
The use of torture is dishonourable. It corrupts and degrades the state which uses it and the legal system which accepts it.”
But, of more import ruled on dictatorship in general.
“It is not only that the executive has access to special information and expertise in these matters. It is also that such decisions, with serious potential results for the community, require a legitimacy which can be conferred only by entrusting them to persons responsible to the community through the democratic process. If the people are to accept the consequences of such decisions, they must be made by persons whom the people have elected and whom they can remove.”
Now, this is the sort of thing that must rub the “huff and puff and blow your house down” if you don’t give us your resources… City of London Corporation as well as the New York and London exchange the wrong way. A ruling that would eliminate the use of puppet dictators (of left and right) as well as bank or oil company appointed executives to political office. Lord Hoffmanns’ ruling could not favour Pharaohs phoney 3 ponies from the same stable appointed in a “leadership” race like the Untermensch still have in backwaters like Canada. And, as an aside, the ruling also must cast some doubt on the legitimacy of debt produced by appointed debt manufactures “placed” in public office around the world. What ever the implications, we already have the capacity to, and do daily, destroy everything we touch, so, what possible advantage could there be in an “enhanced” capacity of transhumanism origin? We already have the worst sorts of volunteer robotism why should we then grow neurons on chips?
Meanwhile in keeping with enhanced capacity of 1938 and 1939 at Cambridge, after German Scientist Rudolf Peierls delivered his paper entitled “Critical Conditions on Neutron Multiplication” to the Cambridge Philosophical Society, while republican Dorothy Gale is somewhere landing on the head of a silver slipper wearing, Eastern Queen in Munchkin Land over the rainbow, a project was under way code named “Tube Alloys” referring to the element plutonium for the MAUD (Military Application of Uranium Detonation) enrichment of uranium. “Neutron Multiplication” sounds a bit like that childhood form of torture “Long Division” doesn’t it?
The heavy water needed for this project was stored in the library at Windsor Castle, where Cambridge “spy” Sir Anthony Blunt worked, after Charles Howard 20th Earl of Suffolk rescued it from the German invasion of France. “Halban and Kowarski escaped to England bringing their heavy water with them, and did the experiment in Cambridge.” The Tube Alloy Project became “The Manhattan Project” in the USA that the Soviets somehow got hold of, and later China too. The first British detonation of a nuclear device occurred in Operation Hurricane with help from Baron Penny, Officer of the Order of the British Empire.
The dollar cost of nuclear M.A.D. terror programs has been astronomical for gullible tax payers around the world and “high yield” profitable for private plutonium contractors like General Electric here, there and everywhere, but, we never wonder why Wonder Land is completely surrounded by desert do we. Dogs and robots are known always and everywhere for their unquestioning obedience, aren’t they Toto? No! Toto come back Toto! Bad dog! Now what of Oxfords’ improvement projects Toto?
